Maintenance for New and Existing WordPress Websites
Websites that are not updated regularly are a living, breathing nightmare, filled with growing file inconsistencies and potential code conflicts.
At a bare minimum, any WordPress website will need to have its database, plugins, theme and WordPress core files updated relatively regularly to ensure that the intricate workings of the website are kept in order.
Our Maintenance Plans give you the peace of mind that your website software is always up to date. We offer Daily, Weekly or Monthly backups so your site can be restored quickly if anything goes wrong. Maybe you only need one or two hours of repairs, we charge $65.00 an hour for Hourly Maintenance Services with a 1 hour minimal.
No Long term Contracts, Cancel Anytime, so there’s nothing to lose. (Creation of new web pages, repair broken code, are not available through Web Maintenance Plans). See Website Design.

Note:
Only standard plugins will be updated through the monthly maintenance plans. Premium plugins that you (the client) owns will be updated if the license are still valid. Any plugins requires to be purchase to update the website will be charge to you (the client).
Frequently Asked Questions
How often will you update my site?
Each plan is different, we will run updates once or twice per month. If there is are important security updates, they will be address right away. Because there are sometimes bugs we often wait a week before implementing major WordPress Core updates or Divi updates. If you don’t need monthly service we have a hourly maintenance service, price at $65.00 an hour.
Will I get 24/7 support?
Our support hours are 9AM – 8PM Central Times, Monday through Friday. Additional hours available upon request at rate of $60 hour.
What if my website plugins are no longer supported?
The plugins are still monitored for issues. We notified our customer if we find a better and compatible plugin or (and up-to-date) alternatives. These plugins may need to be remove because of the security threat they may cause.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payments will be automatically deducted on the first of the month. If it’s an hourly charge, you only be charge one time foreven how many hours you are billed.
What if I cancel?

Divi is a WordPress Theme by Elegant Themes use as a framework. We will build your custom website upon it. There are many great features and great community support give you the best in options for customization and management of your own website after it’s initial construction.
Do I need a license for Divi?
But if you choose to discontinue our maintenance service, you will not be eligible for divi core updates, upgrades and security updates. We recommend you purchase a license to stay current with updates and upgrades.
What if I have multiple websites?
The fees mentioned above are per website. We do not offer discounts on multiple websites.
What if an update cause my site to stop working?
The site will be immediately rolled-back to the backup state taken prior to performing the update. The methods for this vary in some cases. From there, you’ll be notified of the issue. Custom plugins, issues introduced by users, are especially time-consuming issues may be billable. We will notify you before charging anything to your account. Your website will be updated and test on a developer server first before live updates are applyed. This is why we have to charge a $25.00 setup fee.
What is the $25 setup fee for?
The setup fee, is charge for a development staging site to be setup. We do not apply plugins or updates to a live site. This could cause your site to go down, if there’s an issue with the update. Only after we are sure the updates do not cause problems to your site, then we will install the updates.
